My subconscious is having panic attacks or I am feeling subconscious from someone else or from another plane of existences I do worry that I am making someone else in another world or plane of existences harder then it needs to be becuase of my mental meddling and wishing my characters or our characters, children, wife, race of people lives were better and not be hunted down for who they are because someone wants things there way because it is "proper" way or "true" way and it makes irate and angry that I can not do things my way. Sorry, but not sorry I am going to do things my way because I am not going to turn away from their suffering and their plight. I feel I am ill suited for this world and just want to become a hermit Now, I feel tired and body feel a light burning from within, and feeling overheated despite drinking water and having fan blowing onto me or when AC colds the area down A pain in when I type the space with my thumb which also makes my stomach queasy
Your dream reveals a complex interplay between your subconscious fears, emotions, and existential reflections. Let’s break down the elements of your experience to uncover deeper meaning.
Panic and Anxiety: The panic attacks you describe indicate a state of overwhelming anxiety. This may stem from the fear of inadequacy or feeling ill-suited for the world. The subconscious often expresses anxiety through physical sensations, such as feeling overheated or experiencing a burning sensation. This may reflect a deep-seated fear of not being able to meet expectations—both your own and those imposed by society or other realities.
Connection to Other Worlds: The notion of impacting someone in another world or plane can symbolize a feeling of interconnectedness with broader realities beyond your immediate circumstance. It suggests that your empathy extends far beyond personal boundaries, indicating a profound sense of responsibility for others’ suffering. However, it's important to recognize that this burden can weigh heavily on you and lead to feelings of helplessness and frustration.
Struggle Against Conformity: Your frustration with how things "should" be done reflects an internal battle against oppressive norms or expectations. The "proper way" often symbolizes societal pressures that conflict with personal values. Your strong assertion of wanting to do things your way indicates a desire for authenticity and individuality. While this is empowering, it also brings about conflict and inner turmoil, especially when you feel that your true self is at odds with what is deemed acceptable by others.
Desire for Solitude: Wanting to become a hermit highlights your need for introspection and a break from the overwhelming pressures of the external world. This yearning might be a call for self-care and periods of solitude to process your emotions and thoughts without outside interference. It's a recognition that sometimes, withdrawing can provide clarity and healing.
Physical Symptoms: The physical manifestations, such as feeling hot and the discomfort in your thumb and stomach when typing, suggest that your body is reacting to your emotional state. This can signify stress manifesting physically. The discomfort during typing—an action typically requiring finesse and creativity—could indicate that you feel restricted in your expression, possibly due to anxiety over how your thoughts and creativity are perceived.
Queasiness and Discomfort: The sensation of queasiness may be a manifestation of the emotional turmoil and guilt of wishing better lives for your characters or planes of existence. This reflects an inner conflict; you deeply care, but are rendered uneasy by the circumstances that feel beyond your control.
Your dream signifies a profound emotional struggle characterized by anxiety, empathy, a desire for individuation, and a longing for peace. It underscores the importance of addressing these feelings constructively—whether through creative expression, mindfulness practices, or seeking support from others. Allow yourself the grace to take breaks, to feel, and to process all that you’re experiencing without the weight of responsibility for all others’ suffering. It might also be beneficial to explore how you can nurture your gifts while establishing healthy boundaries, ensuring you care for yourself first so that you can extend compassion to others more sustainably.
